2 Year Warranty

Coverking provides you with peace of mind through our warranty policy. Here's what you need to know:

We stand by the quality of our products. If you, as the original retail purchaser, discover any material or workmanship defects in your product within two years from the original purchase date (with repairs available after the initial 15 days), we've got you covered. However, please be aware that this warranty won't apply if the product has been damaged due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

It's important to note that our covers and floormats are custom-made to match your specific order and specifications, including material and color selection. Because of this customization, the standard right of withdrawal and return doesn't apply. If you ever need to return a product, you'll need a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, please be aware that products with custom embroidery or silkscreen are not eligible for return. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before placing it to ensure accuracy.

For all other products, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you find it necessary to return a product, kindly contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.  

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. We kindly ask you to ensure that the item meets these criteria before initiating a return. Please be aware, due to the nature of Coverkings custom products, all return due to buyer's remorse is subjected to a 15% restock fee and shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

A7: For vehicles with split bench configurations, console or armrest covers are provided. Our seat covers are designed to add both style and protection to your vehicle's interior, including the console or armrest area.
