We stand by the quality of our products. If you, as the original retail purchaser, discover any material or workmanship defects in your product within two years from the original purchase date (with repairs available after the initial 15 days), we've got you covered. However, please be aware that this warranty won't apply if the product has been damaged due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
It's important to note that our covers and floormats are custom-made to match your specific order and specifications, including material and color selection. Because of this customization, the standard right of withdrawal and return doesn't apply. If you ever need to return a product, you'll need a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please be aware, due to the nature of Coverkings custom products, all return due to buyer's remorse is subjected to a 15% restock fee and shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
